Kathleen holds certifications as a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E), underscoring her deep knowledge and commitment to the field.

A native of Havertown, Pennsylvania, Kathleen now resides in Bryn Mawr, PA. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and her law degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. Kathleen's dedication to safeguarding patient privacy and her strategic vision make her an invaluable asset to our board.
